Return Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Returns will not be accepted for:
    • Used or damaged products
    • Products without original tags
    • Customized or altered items

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to provide bank account details for the refund.
